在美國(guó)，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法(Intellectual Property Law, IP)屬于廣義民法學(xué)的范疇，是調(diào)整民事主體之間關(guān)于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的法律規(guī)定的統(tǒng)稱(chēng)。其內(nèi)容基本包括專(zhuān)利法、商標(biāo)法、著作權(quán)法、不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)法(商業(yè)秘密法)等特別法。
